Home Healthcare Care is a helpful source for seniors, disabled adults and incapacitated who require assistance at home. Helping Hands Touching Hearts provides skilled assistance for the elderly, disabled adults and incapacitated with their ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).

We serve the Baltimore area. Our in-Home Healthcare services are hourly and affordable. Families and love ones are able to select the plan of care that meets their requirements and budget. We create an individualized plan of care based on the client’s requirements and condition. Client’s have direct contact with their in-home caregiver.

We offer a wide range of services to provide peace of mind and a safe environment to those requiring assistance for their love ones. We provide senior care assistance in private homes, assisted living facilities or hospitals in the Baltimore area. Our services range from companionship care to specialized care for those needing assistance with Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s and various chronic diseases.

We are committed to the highest standards in order to make a meaningful impact on our client’s lives. We thoroughly screen our Certified Nursing Assistants, Geriatric Nursing Assistant’s, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and office staff during our selection process. Our staff must have work experience and pass pre-employment checks on their character, pass background investigation, and employment reference checks before being hired. Our staff must possess valid licenses or certifications. We match our clients with caregivers who speak their language. We also perform routine quality assurance visits to ensure client satisfaction.

Our caregivers are required to attend and complete monthly continuing education opportunities offered by our agency. Our continuing education training is designed to focus on all areas of caregiving. Our Registered Nurses and LPN’s are required to complete annual competency educational training.

Yes! Our healthcare professionals are available for at least 4-hours up to 24 hours daily including an option for live-in care. We also offer 24 hour clinical support to provide answers to questions and concerns after hours.

Helping Hands Touching Hearts offers affordable rates. The cost of our in-home services varies and is based on the required level of care needed, supplies utilized and the number of hours necessary per week. You will work with a care coordinator to assist you with setting a care schedule that’s suitable for you and your love one.
